Normally we ship via UPS courier service, which takes 1-3 days (EU) or 2-5 days (US/Can/Pacific). We are only charging the straight UPS price. If you have entered your correct email address on your order form you will get an alert email directly from UPS incl. the tracking number. If you have questions with regards to the shipment please contact your local UPS office with your tracking number or access the web page www.ups.com and enter the tracking number.
We can also offer COD (Cash On Delivery) shipping to EU countries including Norway and Switzerland for an additional 15€/20 US$.
The 24 month warranty covers materials and production/assembly. If problems occur, within the limits of warranty, please ship the damaged parts to DanaMedic for inspection. Please include a description of the problem and your updated return address. If it is under warranty we will repair and return at no cost. If it is not under warranty, we will return with a price for your approval before proceeding.
If you for some reason are dissatisfied with the Jes-Extender, you can return it after 3 month in your custody, and get a full refund excl. freight. Due to the special hygienic nature of the product, you cannot actually wear the Jes-Extender before returning it - only study the product and the instructions, DVD etc.
Spare parts and accessories cannot be returned for a refund!
Customers who have chosen our payment plan - please note:
- Installments are charged on the 1st in every month, starting on the first in any month after the purchase date.
- Funds for payments must be available on the credit card account when installments are charged.
- If we are unable to charge an installment, a 10 US$ fee will be added.
- The Jes-Extender remains the property of DanaMedic until the last installment has been paid.
After 15 years in business, DanaMedic has never had a legal dispute with any type of customer. Should this happen it would take place in a Danish courtroom, governed by Danish law.
